Hi Jonathan,

Here are the answers you requested. I generally keep about 10
appointments per week in the planner. I always delete older
appointments, and would not likely keep previous year's, as they would
be deleted anyway. Like others, the recurring appointment is tops on my
wish list, and a reminder about a current day's appointment would be
great.
Best Regards,

Les

Subject: [Braillenote] KeyPlan

Hi all.

I'm back once again to do more market research so we can make sure that
what we do in the future meets your requirements.

This time I'd be grateful for your thoughts on KeyPlan, our planner
application in KeySoft.

Here are some things on which I'd like to get your feedback.

1. On average, how many appointments would you have in your Planner each
week?

2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you
retain the appointment as a form of record keeping?

3. Do you keep planners from previous years?

4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in
the Planner in future.

And finally, if you think you have an exceptionally busy planner, and
don't mind sharing it with us in the strictest confidence, please feel
free to forward your planner file to Dean Jackson at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] The more appointments you have, the better. If you
have multiple appointments every day for most days of the year, this is
the kind of Planner we'd love to see. Jonathan Mosen BrailleNote Product
