Key Plan Survey 1. On average, how many appointments would you have on your Planner each week? I have an average of 30 appointments each week.
2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you retain the appointment as a form of record keeping? I keep the appointments as an archive. 3. Do you keep planners from previous years? I haven't had the Braille Note that long. I'm not sure. 4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in the Planner in the future. I would like to see the ability to set recurring appointments. I have standing appointments with clients as long as a month so I would like to be able to set an appointment for once a week, a month, or for birthdays once a year. For example, if I meet with John Smith on Mondays at 8:00, I would like to be able to set it to recur for a month or several weeks in advance. Another example is a board meeting that I attend once a month so I would like to be able to set that as well.
