Ira, I just tried the software and it did not run. I got errors all over the pace. I did it twice. I have Vista 64 bit....... maybe that is the reason why.
I will try what you suggested on my next roasts. My blend is 40% colombian, 20% Brazil Yellow Fazenda, 20% Sumatra, 20% Malabar. You are talking about Sweet Maria's Monkey Blend right?
