It's just a program to help visualize the Behmor's roast profiles, 
specifically how adding and subtracting time before and after 
pressing start change the way the profiles work. It will show you 
exactly what the profiles you're using look and as you watch the 
roasts, you may get hints on how to adjust your roasts to help 
improve the results. With 10 ounces on P3 or P4 I think I'd press 
1lb, P3 or P4, then lower the time to 14 minutes and start the 
roast.  That will make the drying section at the start a bit shorter 
and your roasts will probably end 3 minutes or so sooner. For 10 
ounces that probably makes more sense.
