Mine is always stiff and feels like it's grinding after Cafiza but, like Todd says, it goes away after a couple of uses. Been this way for six years of daily use and I haven't developed any leaks. I'd hate to think that I need to take the whole mechanism apart to grease it after every Cafiza flush, and the idea of introducing any type of grease in this area doesn't appeal to me at all.
