Thank you Ben! Yes, Plovdiv is situated in Thracian Valley which is surrounded with mountains. Really nice place! I guess that your "Mc" means that your roots belong to Scotland?
I liked your comparison of Brewtus with workhorse. :)) Taking into account given examples with the life-cycle of your components, it is true. I was told by an European dealer that they do not sell Expobar, because they are c-brand machines and not a s-brand like Rockets for example?! Another dealer explained me that a technical expert from Izzo group had convinced him that it is not good to sell Expobar, because they have engineering compromises?! Oh, My God, every home machine has compromises compared with the commercial one with more than 5 lt boiler etc. BTW, Rancilio commercial machines are my favorites, especially class 11. :)) I have been asked directly the Izzo Sales Department to raise me a business case in order to" buy" me to prefer Alex Duetto III instead of Expobar. So I expect something different than exterior. BTW, I also do not think that Brewtus is ugly. The front nuts are visible just like of the Ms Silvia. :)) I think that 800 ml boiler of Alex Duetto compared to 580 ml boiler of Rocket R58 do not leave a place for dout that Alex is the winner, because this almost + 300 ml which has serious contribution to the temperature stability, i.e. faster recovery after shots. Thank you for the cool advise about the spring regulation of the micro switch water tank! :)) What do you think about rotary pump plus water tank extraction compared to the vibration pump plus water tank extraction if you have had a chance to compare them? I still wonder if the assertion that the vibration pump plus water tank (slow rump up of the pressure) gives better result (aroma, taste and after taste) in the cup than those produced from rotary pump plus water tank, because the latter combination rump up the pressure too fast and thus decrease the espresso quality. And last, but not least, I already know that owing a Brewtus has unambiguous advantage to the owning of Alex! And this is the Brewtus community!!! :)) Because buying is an act, while the support is a process and which such huge and competent support team the life is easy! :)) 2015-10-08 23:18 GMT+03:00 Benjamin McCafferty <[email protected]>: > Thanks for the cool info about your part of the world!
