HI Ben,

No the companies Quick Mill and ECM are not related in any way. And the
machines are pretty different.

The ECM has done a very good job with this and their other machines.  It is
German company but the machines are made in Italy.

One thing to keep in mind that if you every have to do home repairs there
is nothing easier to work on.

The boilers are all stainless steel and all the components are top quality.
