You have to be pretty naiive to think that nukes are the only massively
destructive weapon
available to US military forces.
Ever seen that that twirly gasoline mist spewing bomb on a parachute thingy?
It eats oxygen.....lots of oxygen. And it knocks down structures pretty
handily.
We wont need nukes to smash the enemies of freedom. We have plenty of other
options.
There is a price to be paid for aiding abetting or harboring terrorists, and
the bill collector
is knocking at the door.
There is a price to be paid for freedom, and we just paid a balloon payment.
There is no ultimate safety net. There is no way to prevent terrorism
forever.
Guns can be made of ceramics and knives of glass.
For every measure there will be found a countermeasure.
But you can make the price too high for the terrorists to bear.
You can make sympathy for terrorists too great a risk.
You can raise the stakes at every turn.
At this point I doubt there are many Americans who give a shit what other
countries think
about us beating the crap out of a group of mass murderers and their
sponsors.
