Who in that country do you believe organised the attack? The population as a
whole, or the government? I will bet you a month's salary that it was not
the population as a whole. A nuclear strike would however punish that
population, for the "crime" of being citizens of that country. That is no
more justified than attacking American citizens for the actions of the US
government.
I agree that whoever has organised this must be punished -- but if a country
is behind it, see to it that the government officials who planned it are
punished, not its population.

No, I was critical of you advocating taking revenge by killing thousands,
maybe millions of innocent people in a nuclear attack.

I know emotions run rampant in the US right now, so I am going to cut you an
awful lot of slack. Nevertheless, statements like yours scare the hell out
me, and make me hope that the US is not run by people like you. The last
thing this world need is some hothead who decides to launch a few nuclear
missiles, and possibly start World War III.

That scares me even more. I agree that whoever is responsible for this must
be punished; I can even imagine that the US will declare war on the country
that is behind this. But the way you put it, you do not just want the US to
take revenge, you want to drag the whole world into war with you.
