The Dutch society is one of the most tolerant and open in the world. Being f.i. Jewish won't get you into deadly trouble but it won't get you any special treatment either. The average Dutch citizen doesn't care all that much. If you live here, you are simply a human being no matter what your background. Yes, and discriminating pigheads are everywhere. So we have them too, but so does everybody else on this earth. And no, Jeroen is not one of them. If he (or for that matter I) were, we'd not be living in this area, that's for sure. Sonja
