Yes I did see it. I'm not stupid and I can read. But making rules also gives
power. And I think you didn't see that when you put the rules in writing,
because you think the rules are perfect and without malice. But that's what all
governments thought when they made their laws and still lots of crooks get out
on technicallities and innocent people are on deathrow. So that is my (I think
valid) concern.
