Constitution aside for a sec, I think we should consider a group promise to
each other or perhaps a Brin-L creed.
Some of which would say something like:

I will not bring *battle* to our field of *play*.

I will try to make the list an enjoyable place for others to be.

I will endevour to be honest and forthcoming in all list discussions.
