(And I responded with what I thought was a reasonable response, as well. And I *did* take Advil later.) A rebus is a puzzle using words and/or pictures to encode a set of words for a message. You see the mostly-picture kind on McDonald's Happy Meals sometimes. I loved them when I came across them in Archie comics as a child. Julia
