Yes, and nice pun!

Fixing blame is self-defeating.  It's part of having a victim mentality,
which stops us from taking charge of our lives.

I have struggled with it a fair bit myself over the last year or so with
regard to my last business partner, who wasn't honest with me on fundamental
issues having to do with company ownership and control.  I am terribly
tempted to blame him for just about everything that has made me unhappy ever
since.  And quite tempted to seek revenge of some sort.  Not to mention
frustrated at being unable to hold him accountable.

But, hey, it's the struggle that counts.  We all screw up.
