Yes, but that's not where the problem is.  The objection is violence
(flashbacks to the crime, apparently in every episode), sexual
situations (rarer), and language.

If it were a documentary, there wouldn't be the flashbacks, sexual
situations and cussing that occurs in the drama.  Their Worst 10 doesn't
have any of the TLC/Discovery-type documentaries on crime investigation,
which shows a lot more of the scientific method stuff that you object to
censoring, and a lot less of the stuff they're actually objecting to.

If you want for me to go through the javacrap stuff on each of their
Worst 10 (actually, only 8 of them have the explanatory links) and
report to you their reasoning on each, I would be willing to do so. 
(What I don't understand, looking at their evaluations, is why Boston
Public is lower on the list than That '70s Show.)
