Our local paper's cartoonist had Bush sitting at his desk giving a speech, surrounded by missiles and airplane posters etc, each piece of military paraphanalia labelled with key words from his anti-Iraq campaign. The title of the cartoon was : Weapons of Mass Distraction. Summed it up nicely I thought...
