Sure you can, it's gonna be great if we work together. I also want to
contribute for BRL-CAD website and wiki, if you allow me should I join
you. Let's bring bestest consistency in design :)

I read somewhere in an article, according to that article Codeigniter
is at top place if we count php framework. Laravel is at development
stage, maybe in near future he beat every framework. Also i'm less
familiar with laravel, please write here what benefits we get from it
if we use this framework than other frameworks like Zend, codeigniter
etc.

Same vision of mine that's what I thought for editor. Even I also
planning to work on model finishing in OGV i.e professional view of
models, better three.js etc.
