The only exception is the old chestnut about continuous cruisers and I do think that this comment is code for "we're going have a third go in a few months at finding a question to which the answer is it's OK to charge CC's more." > Common sense seems to have prevailed, which is good to see. Agreed it could have been far worse but I'm not sure I'd use the phrase "common sense". I for one would have been far happier with no change at all and just as importantly an end to these repeated almost identical consultations. What has happened is that a smaller group than originally planned have been picked off this time and notice has been served on anyone who uses their boat more than average that they are next.
