Accept what you say Sue about Anderton & Standedge, even if the precedent (which I am not sure BW would not like to set)*has* now been set with Llangollen. I cant say I ever saw any information on NABO fighting the charge there, certainly not on grounds of illegality. Is there anything on the web about this? Like you I feel strongly and when next in the area by boat am tempted to moor and not pay and see what happens, so any info on the grounds I might use to fight a court case if BW were to push it that far would be interesting to have.
