You can also buy ready to chuck in bread making kits from people like Lakeland Plastics. I rather hope that you have the complete general anaesthetic as it's rather more pleasant than lying there, conscious, while they operate inside your eye, even though you are heavily sedated, as I did for my first. ;-))) The benefits of the op are worth it though in the long run. The only irritant is that you don't have variable focus any more, just a good general purpose focal length. Roger
