I'm acquiring mine by stealth with the odd crown here and there [another last week, as it happens] but one of the most common reasons for my back teeth breaking is biting hard-baked seeds in quality bread. Best I can manage at the moment is wholemeal. Mind what you put in that bread-maker. Baff
