She uses the recipes from the book that comes with the Bread maker. She 
uses a mixture of white and whole meal strong flour from 
Tesco/Morrisons and dried yeast by Tesco or Alisons. She uses oil not 
marge.
She also often adds seeds like pumpkin, Sunflower, etc
