Probably the main thing we use a bread-machine for (at home, not on board: we don't have enough electrickery on board yet) is making pizza dough: the machine does all the kneading and the dough is ready 2.5 hours later. You then rollit, top it and bake it in the wood-fired oven that is undoubtedly a feature of every well-equipped vessel .... bjg
