There has been a discussion on the Jeremy Vine programme this lunchtime
about supermarket trolleys being dumped in canals.
There were two contributions from BW staff, one from head office and one
bankside in Leeds.

A spokeswoman from the Retail Consortium claimed that it wasn't the
responsibility of the supermarkets, and anyway it wasn't a big problem
as each supermarket in the UK only loses one trolley every two years on
average !
