Actually the situation with Tesco at Kidderminster has improved slightly (our mooring is only about 200yds from Tesco). They have now put coin release mechanisms on their trolleys, and when asked recently to remove some trolleys from under bridge 15 they did so reasonably quickly. The problem in Kidderminster now is with Sainsbury's trolleys as they dont have coin release.
