I think the situation at Kidder has now been resolved but at one time the store manager's attitude to BW was contemptuous. Over a two month period BW pulled literally hundreds of trolleys from the canal. The response of the manager was to to refuse to even talk about the problem, going so far as to order BW staff off the premises when they arrived for a meeting they'd requested by letter. What do you do in response to that sort of thing? Stop using the store is the answer, but boats as always were queuing up there the last time I past.
