Actually, I kind of agree with that. If the parent is the problem here
then let's get the parent out of the picture. However, this five year
old is in a situation not of her making and is too yound to take
responsibility for it.

But then I really have an issue with mandatory public education in the
first place. Since we have it though, there are laws that say that
this particular child is entitled to it. If her behavior is an issue,
she needs to be in a special program for disruptive kids. They do have
those.
