I almost ended up getting divorced for this very issue.  Wasn't paying
enough attention to my wife and kids, working, writing code, studying doing
something work related all the time.  When she got ready to leave it woke me
up, taught me something.  Getting ahead financially, and having nice toys,
means shit if the people you love aren't there when you reach your goal.

Well man to tell you the truth, if you are primarily happy there I wouldn't
move.  Being satasified with your job, it's culture and the other employees
around you is very hard to do man.
