true....that's how I've always felt about the catholic religion (I grew up catholic) that everything was already decided for you. Baptism was decided before you knew it. First communion, and confirmation both are scheduled events. I remember listening to homilies about who we should be voting for in the upcoming elections. The church telling you how you should believe regarding abortion is just more of the same. My bumper sticker would just highlight the fact that God gave us a brain with which to choose what path we want to walk. Maybe the bumper sticker should read, "You can't be Catholic and think for yourself". That might get my point across more. Of course, this is all just hypothetical since I don't believe there is one. :)
