Give them until Sunday to return to work and then lay them all off and post their jobs. There's plenty hard working people in this country that'd consider it a gift to have a great job like that. The need for unions is over. Back 80 years ago when a company could make or break a town, you needed unions. Now you don't. You can jump on the internet and find a job anywhere in the world. It's time for people to grow up and take responsibility for themselves.
