Saw the results on UFC.tv. I'm a Shamrock fan, but it's time to pass the
torch. He can't keep up with the younger faster fighters. Ken hasn't kept up
the way that Randy Couture has. Tito mopped the floor with him the last time
they fought.

MMA is the only way :)

The place I used to study did Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Muay Thai and some
kickboxing, also some Marine Line stuff.
