Deanna makes a great point here Adam. Your benefits package and all that up front stuff may persuade a person to take your job offer...but once they settle in, it'll be their day to day interactions and work experiences that will ultimately determine if they are successful. I'd recommend spending as much time determining whether an employee fits into your company's "culture" as I would selling them on the benefits. Actually, I've always thought that work, environment, and coworkers comes way before benefits or compensation...but that's certainly subjective. -- "Sinatra was swinging, all the drunks they were singing, we kissed on a corner then danced through the night." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:216620 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
