Somehow the definition of campaign staffers has been expanded to
include the doorman and other staff at his condo (Ritz-Carlton)...read
up, it's interesting the back-pedalling and I thought it was okay
'cause my lawyer said so that is swirling around in this.

Like paying out of his own pocket?

I don't have a problem with this. The campaign staff is paid (and
should be) with campaign money; that's okay. What is not okay is
paying those outside the campaing with campaign money, whether he paid
it back or not.

Look, the real problem here is going to be credibility. If you're not
on the up-and-up, how is it you can expect others to be?

It's the same all through Congress on both sides. I don't expect
people to be squeaky-clean, though it seems they have to be--or at
least appear to be--in order to get elected...but at least _try_ not
breaking the law once in office (before would be nice, too).

Yes, I understand the definitions of sexual harassment, thanks, but I
think perhaps making a less illegal/more illegal argument here is
disingenuous... it is either illegal or not. it is either punishable
or not.

I for one am tired of these self-righteous jackasses, who get caught
with their hands in the cookie jar and plead, 'it's okay, I'll pay the
money back!" As if somehow that makes the problem go away. It doesn't!

I also wanted to point out that it happens on both sides of the aisle
and that either way, Rep or Dem they should be taken to task for it.

Will he be? Prolly not...

and so it goes.
