I'll agree with the +1. He can't have a land deal and make money? You can make a crap load of money on land in arizona and nevada these days. Its common to give title to a llc for legal reasons.
It appears he gave bonuses. I'm sure those people were very helpful to help run events and were paid otherwise. It specifically says mortgage, rent or utilities cannot be from campaign funds but these are bonuses. And the lawyer approved it. Discussing something with your lawyer doesnt imply guilt. Thats why you have lawyers among other reasons. You ask questions about whether its legal to do things. It implies intelligence and forethought to check. Compared to the egrerious conduct of others being investigated, this seems like its getting overblown by the republican talking heads for political gain.
