"the more i'm glad i didn't attend a public state university" I don't think the stuff we're talking about happens that much. Most people probably want to teach the material, answer questions, give tests, and then go home. At least that's what I have seen. It's the exceptions that stand out. Kind of like the 6:00 news. You usually only see the bad news. Good news is boring.
