See that is the difference. I don't want something just because it is
better, stronger, faster or more expensive. I've never wanted the latest
and the greatest.

I want what I can use to get my job done and allow me to have some fun
when I want.

It isn't just about making people happy, it about letting people do
their job. I don't like Apple because it doesn't adapt to me, I would
have to adapt to it.

A computer is a tool, it isn't this the PC is the network, or the
network is the PC crap, that is marketing jargon. I want something that
helps me get my job done, so I can come home and spend time with my
family.

When I come home at night I don't want to be called because something is
down that I have to go in to work at 3:00 AM to fix because in 4 hours
some professor needs 200 students to take a test. I need something where
when I can't diagnose the problem quickly I can call somebody

My job is to make sure people don't know I exist. To do things in a way
so that people don't need me anymore.
