Im biased as well having always introduced pets to weird environments. You
definitely need more exercise for your doggie. Take it on walks, play with
her in the yard, etc. etc.
But as far as all of them getting along and the cat rigging up a guillotine
to take you out when you least expect it?

Well I say too bad for the cats. And listen, I love my cats. Have loved my
cats, etc. but I never let a pet dictate my life. They are after all, still
pets and lower on the food chain than I am. Do I consider them part of my
family, absolutely. But if the cat doesn't like something, he/she will just
have to get used to it. I've introduced all my cats at one point or another
to a new "family member" whether it be feline, canine, bovine or equine and
after a few weeks, they usually settle in. I made sure I paid attention to
them and spent quality time with them, bought them an extra can of wet food
(I feed dry) just to bribe them a bit. Or give em a can of tuna. But never
really had any issues. Well, I had one Maine Coon that I rehomed because he
was simply aggressive. Didn't matter who you were or what was in the house,
he was a killer. So he went back to the Maine Coon rescue peeps.

I'm down to one cat and 2 dogs. My man Snoopy. aka Snoop Dog. He's cool.
Doesn't care a lick about too much. Rubs all over everyone, the dogs, the
house, the car. Takes showers with the boyfriend (the cat loves soapy water)
and sleeps on the bed. He's had other cats, people and dogs come and go and
never once actually cared one way or the other as long as he got fed and had
access to a shower.

But, bottom line. Have a family initiation day. See how everyone gets along,
but don't expect the cats to love anyone for a few weeks at least.
