Really -- and I'm trying to do you a favor here -- show your associates who are attorneys the complete thread of what you were saying and ask them to comment as frankly as possible. If they work for you, or if they are specialized attorneys who don't regularly win at trial, then they may not be able to give you frank and/or accurate feedback, but it's worth a try.
