Nice try. Congress doesn't have to do *anything* to de-fund the war. All they have to do is refuse to pass a budget with funding for Iraq. That is TOTALLY within the control of Democrats, and they have failed to do it. They don't need a 60 vote majority, hell, they don't even need to win a simple majority vote on anything. They just need to not lose. And yet they have failed to do it. I wonder why that is?
