You seem to misunderstand the nature of our government. Congress gave the
President the authority to invade Iraq. It is in the President's hands to
judge whether or not we should continue the fight. Like it or not, that is
the structure of our government.

Congress, however, is not powerless in this situation. Congress has the
power to end the war by voting not to fund it. Democrats control both houses
of Congress and could decide to cut off funding tomorrow.

So when you are bitching and crying about your tax dollars being taken for
something you dislike, don't come crying to me. Talk to Nancy Pelosi and
Harry Reid.
