That's why you ignore all that crap that gets overly specific or, even worse, seems to have a sure-fire diet that's healthy. Ignore all the fads....for awhile bran was going to save us, then carbs, then zinc, then anti-oxidants, then....Most people will get the nutrients they need if they just forget all that junk and focus on eating a nicely balanced meal. Fall back on the obvious basics.....avoid excessive salts and sugar, get some protein, vary your diets (get some meats, some veggies, some potatoes, etc), and don't over eat. Combine that with exercise....and you should be good to go. It's not rocket science. Is that really too generic as to be utterly unsustainable by the average person? I sustain it, and i'm the definition of average :) -- I'm happy just to sit here with old friends And see which one of us can tell the biggest lies ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;203748912;27390454;j Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:266093 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
