I had another developer same level as me who has been with the company 2 weeks longer then I tell me it was rude to take sunflower seeds to a meeting we had in house. My question is...
1. Was I being rude? 2. Was I being Disgusting? This type of conflict with this person has happened before but with other issues. I feel I am a Web Developer and a Web Designer. He thinks I am only a Web Developer and the three of us in our team are NOT capible of doing the DESIGN work. The other developer and I think I am capible to do the DESIGN work. These issues really bother me. I do not have these problems with ANYONE else. Should I let this bother me and should I do anything about it?
