If you were working for me I really wouldn't give a damned if you ate
sunflower seeds in a meeting, or drank coffee/water etc. As long as you
weren't making crunchy crunchy noises or doing something disgusting like
that. IN a formal organisation then sure, such things probably aren't
allowed. But at a meeting of developers or creative talents...things are
usually a bit looser.

It seems boyo has a chip on his shoulder that needs to be chopped. Even
if he IS better than you in design (I myself am definitely not a
designer..*hears someone mutter in the background* HEY! I AM TOO A
Developer!...*ahem*..yes..anyways..) you don't..try to bring down
someone else and their abilities in an organisation.

That just ain't right.

I had another developer same level as me who has been with the company 2
weeks longer then I tell me it was rude to take sunflower seeds to a
meeting we had in house. My question is...

1. Was I being rude?

2. Was I being Disgusting?

This type of conflict with this person has happened before but with
other issues. I feel I am a Web Developer and a Web Designer. He
thinks I am only a Web Developer and the three of us in our team are NOT
capible of doing the DESIGN work. The other developer and I think I am
capible to do the DESIGN work.

These issues really bother me. I do not have these problems with ANYONE
else. Should I let this bother me and should I do anything about it?
