That's what I do understand - but, and it is my opinion is that

a) it'll be a long long time before we see individual affordable insurance
rates that that $5000 can buy that will give the most options for a given
year, especially when some people have some serious stuff they live with on
a daily basis.

b) I sure don't want to see the employer mentioned above take away the
health care plan that is currently provided. It costs more than the tax
credit would cover.

c) it'll be a long time before any of this actually takes place anyway.


In closing this off ... I still don't think that the $5k will do anything
for a vast majority of people. But I guess we'll see won't we. :)
