Awesome! It gets addicting. My pictures wouldn't be too impressive given my love of food, but I'm working on it! As to the CKD, the nice thing is that you go 5 days low carb, and then weekends anything goes! Woot! The idea is that you deplete the carbs from your system (muscles, liver, etc) and enter Ketosis where you burn off your fat. Then on the weekend, in order to keep your leptin levels up (and therefore your metabolism and muscle mass), you "carb up". Obviously is you go crazy it won't work too well, but I have to say that in 2008 I did this for months with not too strict of effort and I lost a LOT of fat. Unfortunately with the sloppy method you can't get past a certain BF% depending on your body. To get to that next level you've got be more strict so that's what I'm going to start. But you do still get your carbs in, it's just that you're using the "carb up" to re-fill your muscle and liver glygogen. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:284359 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
