I just read an article about how whole grains might not be as great as we think they are. Apparently, historically, people fermented whole grains, which eliminated a component called phytic acid, which can be linked to nutrient deficiencies. I dunno if the source is credible. I haven't done more research. It just got brought up on another site I frequent and I thought it was good food for thought. http://www.westonaprice.org/foodfeatures/be_kind.html ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:284346 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
