Oh, and post workout is a GREAT time for that sourdough bread. there's a great concept I use called "nutrient timing" which basically means getting your macro-nutrients when your body needs them to do what you want done. This means high gi carbs only after workouts (bread, fruit juice, candy, cake) and never more than 2 hours after. Low carb after 3pm. Ideally they say high gi + whey in the morning and after workouts, low gi carbs up until some cutoff time, and no carbs before bed. If you're building muscle, casein all day and before bed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:284363 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
