You seem to ignore that these people are not in some republican or talk-show host fantasy. They do not have the luxury of insurance or supplementary sources of income. They are covered by medicare and that's it. Tell me how can someone making less than 800 a month pay for life giving treatment that costs hundreds or thousands of dollars? You are advocating killing these people whether you strangle them or simply cut off money for their oxygen.
