Well, it's a unanimous amount. I mean if someone doesn't like it all they have to do is show up at the meeting, tell a neighbor, or send an email. For example, during graduation partys (or any really) people just send out a group email saying what the deal is, inviting everyone of course, and providing contact info should it concern somebody or should there be a problem night of. The goal is not to create some type of preferential rules tree - it's to make sure we all enjoy our neighborhood. And frankly, if it wasn't for the neighborhood (and the HOA), we'd move because neither of us like the house plus my wife spends 4 days a week in Chicago (house is in minneapolis). We're in a tolerate the house, love the neighborhood scenario. Which is way preferable to the reverse with our last house. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:289304 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
