Yeah, but we all agree to it! It's just like city law (carnivals, parades, etc) As for Gel's point about the "community as a whole" that's the whole point: to be better managed part of the community as whole through your organization of your piece of it. I mean we're focusing on HOAs here, but the same concepts apply to city, county, and state law. Rasta-man is looking west because he likes the better local laws.
